This is what you can expect of your stay with us:
For those who are early birds, there is no better start to the day than a brisk walk on the beach. The sun rises over the horizon in the east and we join the rays. The breeze and the sound of the waves prepare you for a day of rejuvenation, take your time or build your aerobic fitness as far as you wish to go, maximum 6km.
We then begin our first yoga session for the day on the beach or on the top of the resort with beautiful views surrounding and the sound of birds chirping and the whistling of the breeze. Delicious healthy breakfast awaits us after we freshen up with all types of scrumptious food and juices.
Your optional activities include specialist treatments, pampering yourself in the spa or visiting our massage institute with your two complementary treatments. To replace nutrients and fuel the soul, lunch consists of healthy options both Thai and International, vegan or vegetarian. A few guests depending on their needs to prefer lunch, if this is the case, not a problem, we also offer freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, allowing you to keep you energized throughout the day.
There is ample time to chill, relax, do your thing, reflect, write, and read, whatever you need at the time, as it is time for you.
A second yoga session is also an option, or cooking class, visit the local town, visit the markets or walk the streets experiencing flavors, and life of the locals. An exciting activity loved by all is a weekend activity. We visit a local temple nearby for an amazing herbal steam fueled with 26 different herbs and roots with medicinal properties powering life force. The temperature is 60-70 degrees, very comfortable to enjoy and breathe in the goodness.
We also have an enriching excursion in the weekend, a half day bus trip including lunch, a great way to explore the surroundings.
